By accessing or using SocialPage Bio (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced here (collectively, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

This Agreement is between you and SocialPage Bio ("we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the Service.

"Account" means the profile you create to access the Service. "Content" means anything you upload, post, link, share, or otherwise make available through the Service. "Plans" means our free and paid subscription offerings.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

SocialPage Bio lets you create and share personalized bio pages with links, themes, media, and analytics. We offer a free plan and paid subscription plans with additional features.

You must create an Account to use most features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it updated, and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your Account. Notify us at support@socialpagebio.com immediately of any unauthorized access.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or share illegal, infringing, or harmful content
• Harass, threaten, dox, or impersonate others
• Share sexually explicit content involving minors (zero tolerance)
• Transmit malware, spam, or conduct phishing or scraping
• Bypass, probe, or disrupt security or integrity of the Service
• Use the Service for unauthorized commercial messaging or ads
• Collect personal data without consent or applicable legal basis

You retain ownership of your Content. By submitting Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, and distribute the Content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the Service. This license ends when you remove your Content from the Service, except that backups and logs may persist for a limited period.

You represent you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your Content complies with these Terms.

We offer a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before renewal. You can cancel at any time in your account settings; cancellation stops future charges.

We may change plan features or prices; material changes will be communicated in advance when required by law and will take effect at the next billing cycle.

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for subscription fees and applicable taxes based on your billing address or the jurisdiction where you are located. Taxes are your responsibility.

There are no free trials. If you cancel a paid plan, we will refund any prepaid, unused portion of the current billing period on a prorated basis calculated by the remaining days in that period. Refunds are not provided for past periods.

Chargebacks or disputes may lead to suspension of your account. If a charge fails, we may retry or ask you to update your payment method.

The Service, including our software, trademarks, branding, and content we provide, are owned by SocialPage Bio and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service subject to these Terms.

We may remove or restrict Content, suspend Accounts, or limit access if we believe there is a violation of these Terms, a risk to users, or a legal obligation. We may review Content to investigate abuse, but we do not assume an obligation to monitor all Content.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes infringement, please email support@socialpagebio.com with a notice that includes: (a) your contact information and signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) the location of the material on the Service; (d) a statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act. We may remove alleged infringing content and may terminate repeat infringers.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and share information.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party sites or services (including payment processors, social platforms, and analytics). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services. Your use of them may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We aim to keep the Service available but may suspend, modify, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve functionality. We will try to provide notice of material changes when practicable.

We may suspend or terminate your Account if you violate these Terms, create risk, or for non-payment. You may terminate at any time via your settings. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends, but payment obligations accrued before termination remain due. We may retain minimal information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., security, accounting) and will handle personal data per our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SocialPage Bio and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SocialPage Bio and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the provincial or federal courts located in Toronto, Ontario, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue. You and SocialPage Bio waive any right to participate in class or representative actions related to the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (for example, by email or an in-app notification) before the new terms take effect. Your continued use after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
