Permanently remove your account from the User Information tab
Account deletion is immediate and permanent—there is no deactivate option. Use the User Information tab at /admin/account to delete. Billing access continues through your current billing month, then stops. No data is retained after deletion.
Follow these steps in your dashboard.
Sign in and go to /admin/account.
Select the User Information tab to manage personal details.
Click Delete Account and follow the confirmation flow to remove your account permanently.

There is no deactivate option. Deletion removes your account, pages, links, media, analytics, and settings forever.
You keep access through your current billing month. Charges stop after that period; no partial refunds are issued.
We do not retain your content once deletion completes. Data cannot be restored later.
If you are locked out or cannot reach /admin/account, contact Support with the email on your account and request deletion assistance.
