# Delete Your Account

Permanently remove your account from the User Information tab

## **How Deletion Works **

Account deletion is immediate and permanent—there is no deactivate option. Use the User Information tab at /admin/account to delete. Billing access continues through your current billing month, then stops. No data is retained after deletion.

## **Steps to Delete **

Follow these steps in your dashboard.

**Step 1**

### **Open Account Settings**

Sign in and go to /admin/account.

**Step 2**

### **User Information tab**

Select the User Information tab to manage personal details.

**Step 3**

### **Delete Account**

Click Delete Account and follow the confirmation flow to remove your account permanently.

## **Important to Know **

Read these before you delete.

### **Permanent and Cannot Be Undone**

There is no deactivate option. Deletion removes your account, pages, links, media, analytics, and settings forever.

### **Billing Runs to Month End**

You keep access through your current billing month. Charges stop after that period; no partial refunds are issued.

### **No Data Retention**

We do not retain your content once deletion completes. Data cannot be restored later.

### **Need help deleting?**

If you are locked out or cannot reach /admin/account, contact Support with the email on your account and request deletion assistance.
